hi there
sorry bout having to ask this but am newish to this. have purchased digialb card and set the dish 16 degrees east but keep getting glitches in the picture. had no probs last season withb my art card. any help would be gr8. thank u |

Hiya m8, welcome to the forum
![]() You can try a new LNB, better cable, new receiver with a more sensitive tuner or maybe even trying to fine tune you're dish. However, nothing is as effective as using a bigger dish, big is best ![]() You could try a signal booster but these are only really for enhancing signal on long cable runs. Kev

The only thing that will significantly improve signal quality is a bigger dish i'm afraid
![]() Digitalb is broadcast from Eutelsat W2 which is an old bird that doesn't chuck out as much power as Hotbird where Art is broadcast from. This is why you need a bigger dish ![]() A signal booster will increase the signal strength but not quality as it will boost the signal and the background noise so there won't be any significant improvement i'm afraid ![]() ![]() Nano
