so these channels open because nagra 2 has been broken on other pay tv providers like d+ and premiere then ?

as its a bit of a coincidence

not yet just need to move the dish up the pole a 1foot or two to avoid a conifier tree

the channels work fine with the lower signal as the receiver can go as low as 40% before nothing

Yes, but knowing the algo and sourcing the keys are two different things. There is clearly a new way to spring the keys for DigiTV.
