Cool. That's what I was trying to describe, and should work well

I only really use 19.2E and 13E. Wouldn't be without it now though, as most stuff is right there.

Not so sure the promised figures are still necessary but here goes: using the TM 1500, the signal quality on both 13e and 19e ranges from between 75%-85%; 7e is about 65%-%75 and on 16e generally about 63%-70%; in dodgy weather, I get pixellation on some transponders of 16e; the other three are generally stable throughout.

Today, I swapped 16e for 1w --- but it's currently badly aligned (dark fell before task completed) and I get between 65% and 70% on the good channels; sadly the channels that precipitated the swap are currently pixellating; to be sorted tomorrow, hopefully.

ETA - to answer one more question, the Raven dish (and its multi-lnb system) is very very easy to set up and with good line of sight you can do a span from 1w - 28e easily (I've done it before).

I've got a TD88 setup the way you mention. I redrilled the bracket to give me plenty of room for 28.2E on the end too.

(Only just noticed my pic further up, small world. )

Very good post

I take it there wasn't a dog's chance of getting the three without the mod.

I originally thought of trying 13/16/19 on my TD110, but it looked too tight by far so gave up before I started.

Didn't want to chop it around, as I wanted the option to move them about in the future.

STICK

And yes, it's a very small world, the satellite one

Yeah I tried to get all 3 beforehand and it was just too tight. Took a bit of trial and error too after setting it up like it is, playing with the washers underneath etc. Definitley worth doing though and I figured if I messed up the LNB holders, a new bracket is only £12 or so.

Great forum by the way, like the idea of the seperate feeds sub-forum.

Cheers. We've assembled a good bunch of folks here, and we know how to have a laugh

I think a lot of forums just take it all too seriously. It's supposed to be fun!

Well I did it!

Thanks to all the help from you guys I managed to get this up and running.

Probably took 5hrs all in, including taking down the old dish and remounting the new one.

It's not perfect yet - the support for the middle LNB is only temporary at the moment - although it works just fine. I'm not sure how long the electrical tape that is holding it in place will last. I need to find a proper strip of alu from somewhere to bridge across.

With only limited tweaking I'm hitting 75% plus on 13e, 16e, 19.2e and 28.2e. I did have a look at trying to get 1w but the bar is too short to get the LNB as far over and as low down as it needs to be.

Thanks for your help guys!!!!!!!!!!!

Very sweet looking

Easy to add another LNB beyond the existing arm with some more ally. Seen it done many times, but then you won't be able to chuck them all through one simple switch of course.

Looks like you've done an excellent job. Fixing the 16E LNB should be fairly simple. You've done all the hard work.
