are the mounting holes in the brackets the same for all the sizes as i'm looking to upgrade to 24inch ones to allow for a 1metre dish and clearance so the dish wont bang into the guttering
i hope i can just change them over or is there some re drilling to do ? also is 24inch enough for 1metre dish for 42e-30west, as guttering over hang is about 10inch and is there any that already fit 3 inch pole without having to modify them ? thanks wod

No, they're different, and would vary from supplier to supplier anyway - even for the same size. There is no standard. If it happened to line up it would be luck.
24" should be plenty, but I think you're going to have to elongate the mast-clamp holes. That's no big deal though. I had to modify one of the holes on mine to get it sitting level, as I was re-using two of the three existing holes I had in the wall. The other one got filled in and was re-drilled elsewhere.

i thought so, i can easily drill them to fit as i want to use the sleeve anchor bolts that i have already due to them being very strong fixing
just beefing up the mount as fed up of dish moving in wind so i'm going heavy duty with the 90cm andrews dish i have, a bit small but will get the channels i watch fine shame i cant buy 2 k brackets as i dont really need two sets of them as 2 k brackets will be strong enough i think

The T&K system is very well thought out. The 'T' shaped bracket takes all the weight, and the '-' shaped bracket adds the rest of the stability required. The only advantage of having two 'T' shape brackets is that you gain an extra fixing point.
If they're well made and your fixings are high-quality then I'm sure that a regular pair will hold your 90cm dish and motor up there just fine, especially with a 3" mast. I had a pair of 12" T&K holding up a massive 3-element yagi antenna at my old place. This one belongs to DK9TG but is very similar to the one I had. It's 20 foot by 10 foot, incorporates a rotator and was held up on a 15 foot 2" ally mast with a single pair of brackets and survived the storm of '87 with no damage.

Hi wod
You could try J W HARDY to see if they will sell you two "K" brackets. Or go to your local steel/metal fabricators workshop and get them to make you a couple, or even your local independant garage to see if he will weld you up a pair. Just a thought. BH ![]()
