So... just installed my second TM9100 (this time I went for Super), Quad LNB (never mind my old DiseqC refuses to work with it for some stupid reason), helluva of cables, etc. I even managed to configure network recording from second TM9100!

By the end of this week, hopefully, everything will be up and running. Unfortunately, missus is already complaining about inability to transfer saves between TM9100s in real time! There is no happiness in this world, I tell ya...

Nasty boys!

Anyway, got my 3 receivers working now. Almost killed my old DiseqC switch in the process - it refuses to pass any signal on channel A but the other 3 are working.
Had to scan for channels and create favourite's list manually on my old Conrad. After playing with Linux boxes for several weeks, setting a normal STB is a nightmare - can't connect to it, load channels, edit it on PC, etc.
In any case, it is all working now.

The window thing works well although there is a signal loss. Can't tell how much as Conrad got an idiotic signal strength indicator. Withour window cable it shows C/N 11, Level 231 of 255. With cable, it is C/N 9 and Level 224 of 255. It is not a typo, it says C/N, not S/N. And I got not a slightest idea of what Level supposed to mean.
BER in any case is shows BER>9000, god knows what that means. The picture is stable, with no visible artefacts, so I assume it is OK.
