I bought a thompson digibox from a carboot yesterday complete with card with the house on. Should I be able to get C4 and C5 or do I have to get in touch with sky to activate it?

It should automatically update to clear 4 and 5 and other ftv channels.

hmm not so nice. Just been having a play about and there are only 345 channels no scuzz or twcfight. Dish is aligned correctly because they were all there on the panansonic digibox

Just did a forced software update and now I only have 192 channels lol. Not going to play about with it anymore its only for the mrs and she is happy with the channels on there as long as she watch her soaps and csi on C5
