Default BBC1 South on comag SL65

I have just purchased two of the satellite systems. My first satellite experience.
I have set up both systems on 28.2 and they appear to be working.
However, I do have a problem with BBC1 South. No picture or sound.
I can receive many, if not all, of the other BBC regions NE, SE, Wales, West, CI, etc, but not South
on either of the systems.
Can anybody suggest what the problem might be?
Could it be that it is not being broadcast at the moment, does anybody else receive it OK?
TIA

BBC One South is coming in loud and clear, here. Showing some kind of hospital drama. Scan for channels again, I suppose!

Is that the one on 10818V?

If so OP, just rescan that TP.

Probably yet another pid change - a common fact of life on 28E. Either rescan, or if that doesnt fix it, delete the channel, then rescan

Many thanks for your quick answers.
I am not very familiar with the satellite terms at the moment.
I did an auto scan originally on 28.2 but I will look into that further.
I take it TP refers to a transponder. I'll see if I can discover how to
scan a particular transponder.
Many thanks again for your replies, I'll let you know how I get on.

It's a good idea to do an auto scan every so often - channels are always coming, going and moving about on 28.2e, so to keep up to date you'll want to scan regularly.

There should also be an option for your machine to scan just a single transponder (TP) too.

Hmmm... Video should be 2321! That's what's working for me and robbo71, anyway.
