Hi Bigby, do a transponder scan on frequency 10714 H 22000 5/6 which should see some ITV channels. If you get them then your transponder list is out of date and needs to be updated.

robbo, I've ordered the LNB you mentioned.

Jimdefruit, I used Setup4PC (skystar2 software), went into Program Management and selected 10714 H/L, which listed the ITV channels. I then performed a scan and nothing was found.

Am I doing this right?

Its a while since I used the Skystar software but what is the H/L you refer to? I think it might be just the high and low switching. You should be selecting H 'horizontal' and the symbole rate 22000 4/5 'fec' is probably automatic.

I had a problem similar to this a while ago and it turned out to be too many joints in the coax. Make sure everything is connected correctly or you can get random problems appearing.
