D+ is now encrypted in Nagravision 2, sometimes also known as OhlAladin, in Dragon Cams.
The ident for Digital + is usually 4101 or 4001.
4901 is TV Cabo
2301 is Multicanal.
It sounds like your cam doesn't display the Nagravision 2 encrypted channels and that is the old Nagravision menu, so probably you can no longer manually update the keys.

Cool; doesn't really matter as the CAM is only to be used as a 2nd card reader --- as I said before; but out of curiosity, I may look into the D+ issue tomorrow. 8)

Probably just needs the new MRB312 file putting onto it

If you haven't got a programmer you will probably find your local Satellite shop will update it for around £5

Thats how much my local shop charges

With D+ updating their keys up to 3 times a day it would be wiser to get a programmer yourself, if you haven't already got one.
I recommend the Cas 3+, it can program cards, and cams, and should be useful for a number of years.
