Gentlemen
The Eagle has Landed! ![]() Managed to get a couple of hours yesterday to search for 33e, was at approx 36e when I got a signal, scanned and got 33e, moved dish to 33 on scale, slackened bolts swung whole assembly round 3 degrees east, locked up when good signal. Strength 72%, Quality around 62%. Will be interesting to see whether signal is still strong at 3.00pm. on Saturday? Pouring down tonight, pixelated then gone altogether. Signal strength 40%, Quality 14% Stick, tried to route video from SL65 scart to Amstrad/Fidelity SRD 400 scart(old analogue box) RF into Amstrad, RF out into TV. TV on channel 12 for satellite. No joy. Will it work through the analogue box or does it need to be video (ours went for repair last xmas and didn't make it back). Any thoughts, suggestions on routing sat. signal from sat. box scart to TV RF? (no scart on TV) |

You can buy a SCART to RF converter, but when you can pick up a working VCR for a fiver on eBay/at a boot fair, there doesn't seem much point.

STICK. I dont know where i got the idea that an old analogue box would convert scart to rf. from.
I have now aquired a VCR & it works a treat. I was looking forward to watching the game on it today but it looks like they have pulled the plug. regards. |
