Hi folks my TRIAX TD 110 turned up today and have to say Im impressed with the quality of it compared with my old dish

Its as the old saying goes you get what you pay for

just got it temp on 1 west waiting for the motor to arrive then the real fun starts

shame digitv changed the codes 10 mins after me getting it mounted

yeah look nice but i wouldn't trust the dish on a diseqc 1.2/usals motor high up on a wall

It's a good value dish. Nothing stunning but a good performer and an attractive price.

Make sure you fit all the bits into the clamp correctly - they've added two strengthening components, and it's not immediately obvious how they fit together (well, it wasn't to me!)

noticed they have a bolt that fixes the lnb arm to the bracket now unlike the plastic clip for the td88 version

what other additions are on the td110, bg ?

It's very similar, but the arm doesn't fold like the TD88.

The basic rear clamp is the same design - the sliding-shoe type - which is nice, but harder to make small adjustments to because of the extra weight of the dish.

There is a large square 'U' shaped bracket that fits inside the actual pole clamp to stop the tightening bolt (s?) from crushing it - which works really well. You can really flog it up nice and tight.

The other strengthening piece is an odd-looking sliver that fits at the back of the dish, again to prevent deformation.

Buy the MTI AP8-T2RNC LNB for it, it is really good, i have tried it myself.
