Default Vodafone rant.

I have been a Vodafone customer for years.. To cut a long story short Vodafone, (or at least Jason - an extremely rude and totally useless unhelpful, Vodafone "salesman", for want of a ruder word), are informing their customers that Dialaphone have gone bankrupt. This is probably due to the fact that Dialaphone are offering ridiculously cheap deals on O2 that Voda cannot, or more likely will not, match. Dialaphone have not gone bankrupt. Vodafone have just lost a customer.. Cheers Jay...

I've always found Vodafone brilliant, there service is second to none, when you order a phone it acutely arrives unlike O2 and when you turn it on you can use it unlike Orange. Are you sure the call was acutely from vodafone? I had one a few years ago saying they were vodafone and it turned out to be company trying to sell me a new vodafone contract, when I called vodafone they said they had loads of complaints like this.

Oh it was definitely them.. I called 191* from my mob.. I have also had excellent service from them in the past which was half the reason I stayed with them for so long. Funny how 1 experience can put you off the whole company..

I have both Vodafone & Virgin PAYG mobiles. I find the Vodafone credit doesn't last half as long as the VM one does

I only use it now if i can't get a signal on my Virgin phone which has only happened in Cornwall and the HIghlands

Phone duly arrived yesterday just after the mrs had gone out.. Just about to set it all up, (play with the new ring tones), and make sure it all works. Once that's done we'll see how hard Vodafone try not to give me my pac number..
