Heres the info rom Biz Asia:

Pakistani entertainment channel Noor TV has begun testing ahead of its official Sky Digital launch.

As confirmed earlier on BizAsia.co.uk, Noor TV will go live on Monday 1st October after being delayed on one occasion previously.

Noor TV has changed its programming focus from being Islamic religious centric to a complete "family entertainment channel." Shows will consist of historical, educational, showbiz and debates.

Noor TV will broadcast from Aston in Birmingham.

Regarding my earlier prediction of the epg number being in the 770's I had forgotten its not a religious channel any more. As the channel is now an entertainment channel it will be either at the end of the Asian channels if its mainly in foreigh lingo, or entertainment if its mainly in English
