Hello guys an gals....
I have an old pace sky digi box, 2200 and it doesnt seem to hold channels if switched off sometimes, it also suffers from break up.. the signal is OK (i think) the dish is standard sky black jobby, set up me ops: the nain thing is the loss of ch's - but the "other channels" in services are still there?? new battery maybe, i dont know how old these are as i found it in a cupboard dont have a manual - where can i download from???

Anyway clever bods - any ideas

It probably just requires the firmware updating on it

Forced downloads (Pinched from a thread by analoguesat)

Switch off at mains wait 20 seconds
Hold in "backup" button on box front (not remote) switch on mains
Hold backup button until 4 leds light up on box front
Takes 10 to 20 mins

You will see a message if you use a scart connection to your tv.
