Comag/SilverCrest Good all-round receivers, some of which are 'patchable'

Looked again and I have idea 00 on line 0/16 and new (just released a few minutes ago on alsat) idea01 on 1/16. Still no joy.

I would have given up by now if I hadn't had those Taquilla channels coming in load and clear this morning!

Maybe D+ just happen to have changed something that has prevented the SL65 from working? Is yours still working, Gooner71?

Just got the solution from Jay112: "For D+ use 4102, but to get this to work, you need to clear out every code from 00-15 with 000000 etc and reinput in 00 and 01"

Bizarre that it worked on ID4002 this morning, but there we go :?

The day hasn't been wasted after all!

Yes. The key needs to go in ID 4102 for D+ on this receiver. On most it is 4101 or 4001.

Glad you got it sorted.

Quite possibly if you want to trawl for hours through someone Else's forum, or leave a post that never gets answered This is what usually happens on most other forums that i frequent

Remlap mate i don't quite know what your problem is with people asking for information on keys and things. Lets face it if people only had the FTA stuff there wouldn't be a lot of people in this hobby

Comments like your own only serve to put newbies off from posting in the first place which is not what we want to happen. Most people start out in this hobby just to see what extra free TV they can get and that is a fact

I could ask everyone on here and you can guarantee 99% of them will say its for the free TV whether encrypted or not

I know one thing i wouldn't have spent near on £1000 just to receive the FTA stuff, and i can guarantee that neither would most of the forum members

Do us a favour and leave it out

Night Night
