Default Two subs

Is it still against Sky's terms and conditions to have two seperate subs in one household?

I put an order through last night for my own Sky+ box and Broadband at this household, I have a different telephone number to the one supplied when my parents signed up.

Now for the next bit, sign in to my account to see:

!We have suspended billing on your account while we investigate an error. You do not need to contact us regarding this; we are working to address the error as quickly as possible.

Ring up Sky to be told by a Scottish lady that it's because we have a Sky sub already, so I wont be getting the box or install, she said she'd look at cancelling the order but just hung up on me! By this point im furious as they've taken the money for the box as I've nipped down to the bank.

Ring up a second time 90mins later to be told by a woman called Nisha that it's all going through ok and theres nothing wrong with my account and i'll see the fitter on Sunday morning 8am-1pm. I said but I thought two subs weren't allowed, to be told 'Theres nothing on the Computer about it'

I just don't know where i'm at as they've extracted £115 and not sure if i'm getting owt or nowt.

Only time will tell because the right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is up to or even if there is a left hand.

I'd wait and see, but I'm not hopeful that a Sky installer will arrive at 8.00am on a Sunday!

If the installer comes, he won't give a stuff and will almost certainly just chuck it up.
