Default Octagon satellite receivers

Seen these on eBay dont look bad from what i can tell by just looking.Any members here have one?if yes what are thay like to use.here is a link on eBay.

Hi satsid
After a bit of searching for info.It seems quite a good stb .Its been over here about 3 months.It does have frequent emu updates and opens much the same as others on the market.Build quality is quite good.You can update with softcam keys. and has plenty of tools editers and loaders.I belive its very good at scanning.

Hi m8 i saw them ages back when first on DR dish,about the same time the vantage was out.Thought thay were a nice receiver then,with the Spectrum analyzer as well this makes this a nice toy to have

Sounds like a nice box. I see that eBay 'auction' is just an advert for trade/bulk enquiries only, and 'not for bidding'.

Hi Albert it was more to inform other members here,i might get one of these.I pm joshjess on these but iv had no reply as yet.These can be patched as well,so look good in all ways.On the scanning side i would have to test it & see if the tuner in them are good.

Ho by the way another thing,this has a Spectrum analyzer in the box,if its any good it will be great for setting up your dish I know members dish go off line in high winds,this box might be a steel.
