Are they better than a sky dish? And do they work on the Primefocus or Cassegrain principle? :?

Don't know if they are as good or better than a mini dish but they don't work quite like a prime focus or an offset. the LNB is fitted behind the dish and the signal is reflected of the dish to the red part and then down to the LNB. The supposed advantage it that the serface of the LNB can never get wet and reduce the signal. whether this is true or not I have no idea :?
