Default Badr 4 New Low SR Channels

Old Arabsat 2B at 30.5°E has been put into KU Band Retirement and moved to 29.0°E and only operates C-Band.

All her KU-Band has been moved without much noticed to Badr 4 at 26°E

The Weather is poor but quite a few are receivable here in South Wales, majority of the broadcasts are already available on SR's of 27500 on other transponders.

Here is some more, all the rest will not lock or show really low un watchable levels

How they are named I wonder if this is a temporary measure.
