I think he means on digital Terrestrial. :?

and apparently (I have no digital Terrestrial to check) it is on FREEVIEW channel 20.

from the 1st of october, according to a quote from DS.

Ftn was replaced by Virgin 1 on Digital Terrestial tv(Freeview)
