OCTAGON SF 518 support

Hi guys just got a octagon sf 518 receiver today.Question where can i get support in English please,other than alsat.Also can this receiver be updated by satellite as i think the firmware is old.

They only to english that i know of are Alsat and satforumz all the rest german

Hi Abert thx there both no good to me.Dsf the german sports channel wont show on the firmware thats in the box atm,so it needs a update.There are some other channels as well.Can this receiver be update from satellite?if yes what satellite & frequencey please.

I will be back later and see what i can find out.Can you see any key menus.
This may help .
if you select Manu and 9999 that will take you Cas Manu the very top one you will see Emu on or of if is of then turn it on, that's all TPS and Multi, and premiere au update at the moment all working.
