nice link thanks for sharing that , im looking to buy one soon but i just cant make up my mind. sometimes i see some nice features but then i think to myself 'am i really going to actually use that??" and then i start back at square one *sigh*

I'm looking for one that has great battery life, a recharable battery, and lens. Oh, and it needs to be affordable as well

Hehe, that's what *I'm* looking for, kelkat! My brother just informed me that my dad would like a digital camera for Christmas, so we are trying to find something that we can afford to split between us.

I was doing some research last week and found this camera - Canon EOS 30D with 18-55 mm Lens kit.

It's suppose to be one of the better (according to the research sites I found) but it is NOT on the inexpensive side.
