I can report that this CAM works fine in the DS810 for me, although I'm aware of others that have had problems. I'm using this with an RTVi card to pick up Russian TV, to keep SWMBO happy.
Bad news on the Euro1080 front, it seems that my installer decided I needed to be looking at 19E instead of 23.5E, hence the issues getting the card to work. The new dish I've had installed looks at 13E and 19E and it seems that no one is able to assist in getting it to also see 23E, unless any of you installer types out there know different? If there is an installer out there that works the London/Essex border and can remedy this problem, please PM me! |

Thanks for the update on the CAM/card.
I believe that there is a new 'monobloc' LNB that does 19.2E and 23.5E specifically to sort this problem. There might not be too many around and the moment, but they do exist. You could also just have three alps LNBs (special narrow units) plus a 4-way DiSEqC switch, and get 23.5E, 19.2E and 13E. You could even add a fourth to do 28.2E as well if you wanted.
