Ah ha. Right thanx, I'm in. Not very intuitive stuff to a noob. I'm scarred to press anything. The only thing I recognise is in the scan drop down. There's an option to select 19.2E Astra 1B - 1H. What do I do now?

In the drop down box find 28E and scan to see what comes up. To scan 19.2E your dish has to pointing at the satellite whereas I assume yours is at 28E

You are definitely pointing at 28E as that is the only satellite that has channel 4 available. The red box also means that you need to sort out codecs etc to get a picture.

You need to add the satellites to Altdvb. Under the scan option click on add then choose the satellite you want to scan.
