Default What channel is this on?

OK I admit, this is a bit of a long shot. Somewhere, at some point I've seen a station showing a programme in the morning that consists of nothing but views of mountains in Austria, Switzerland and Germany, it's accompanied on screen with the current temperature and has a really cheesy polkas soundtrack, the cameras must be on automatic panning mounts too. It used to be shown on one of the Belgian nationals but I can't find it anymore, I trawled 23.5 and 19E this morning hoping to bump into it but failed. I don't have enough info to google it so does anyone on here know what's it's called and what channel it's on these days? It's not exactly life or death if I don't find it but I feel as if I''m on a mission to see it now

That's so annoying as I remember it well - I think it might have been a German station, perhaps BR alpha, or Phoenix but I'm going back to my analogue days and it was showing about 7am or so. Sorry I can't be more specific.
