FCC commissioner calls for News Corp. inquiry
The US Democratic FCC commissioner Michael Copps has asked FCC chairman Kevin Martin to start an inquiry into News Corp.’s acquisition of The Wall Street Journal. In a letter to Martin, Copps said he is concerned that the $5.6 billion combination would result in control of a network and two of the nation’s five largest newspapers by a single company and the ownership of two newspapers and two TV stations in New York, the nation’s top market.

Papers he's referring to are the New York Post and The Wall Street Journal.
TV stations WNYW-TV FOX5 and WWOR-TV MY9. I can only assume this will result in News Corp selling WWOR-TV.
