Hi

Is there a program that would allow me to p@tch my tm1500CI from my mac?

From what i can see there are only ones for PC.

I do have a PC but its a pain to keep un burying it from the desk when i need to use it!!!

Any pointers appreciated!

No, I have only seen the PC loader. Not sure what is on the official TM site, but it probably wouldn't work anyway.

I'm not into computers, but maybe it's worth a post in the computer section, to see if there is a way to run a PC app, that talks to the serial port to run on a MAC. Or is it USB?. You'll need to get a USB-serial converter too.

Cheers Robbo,

There are apps that you can run on a MAC which lets you use PC stuff, but its jolly expensive(ish).

I do have the lead and adaptor as the PC doesnt have a serial port.

My kids are giving up their PC's so im tempted to dismantle them and make a sooper dooper PC that i can use for all my SAT stuff, as well as using for work (occasionally).

Yes, good idea, I use an old laptop with a cracked screen for mine, and it has a serial port. BONUS

By the way, AS has put in a request to get your mr niceguy ID merged with your jason ID, with the combined account on your jason ID ( and settings).

I have just asked to keep the NG settings instead. He wasnt best pleased!

That's OK I assume, but I thought you didn't know your email addy for NG,
that's why AS said to use the jason one.
