Does anyone know if you can get rid of the annoying narration which is on certian programmes on some of the chanells, if so how?

I have the Eurovox Max Blue and someone in the household keeps hitting some combination of keys on the remote which start this. No idea what it is.

It happened last night and I pressed the red button "Lang". I had two choices both of which said English. I tried 1. It didn't go away. I tried 2. It went away.
