I have just entered the world of sat tv. I got digialb set up correctly and technomate 1500 88cm dish. As a bit of a perfectionist I was hoping the quality of picture would match my sky picture quality. The signal strength is at 95% but quality is 75%. The picture seems a bit soft and analoguey(sorry for the terminology).

Any help greatly appreciated. Anything I could buy or add to the system to get it boosted?

Hi sukiafc,

What you're seeing with DigitAlb is probably about as good as it gets m8

Picture quality is nowhere near Sly quality but we just have to put up with it

Signal strength and quality look about right (for UK) to me

I find the quality varies considerably. I have seen some excellent pictures but mostly they are very wooly
