Hi Guys,

I have black screen when trying to view my digitalb supersports 12 month subscription, it went dark late today after i cleared original channel list onto Technomate Loader and then downloaded a separate channel list from Al*at Fo*um, Receiver was turned off for about 30/40 mins, please don`t tell me i have lost it for good ? or is it just a case as or waiting for it to clear again ?

Hiya m8,

Does it say anything on the black screen?

Have you tried rescanning for the DigitAlb channels?

Did you save you're old channel list, and if so have you tried using it again?

Could be a key change. It sometimes takes a few minutes for the card to update and the channel to clear. I notice this on my set-up, seems to happen at the end of the month.

Most likley is that the channel list you down loaded had old frequencies as DigitALB Super Sports was on a different freq as it is now.
