one box will not pick up the signal on the same input as second one, using the the same codes on each box???? any help???

Hi need to post more info of setup. It's hard to help if you don't know how its hooked up.

its just scart, rf in and power cable, i have too boxes one works one doesn't dont know why

Hi if possible try the box that's is not working at a friends. If it don't work there may be a chance it's faulty.
