Default Matching Channel list

I've got SkyStar 2 and ProgDVB into the PC and Technomate 1500 CI+ into the TV.

Each has its own channel list in a different format.
How do I get a matching channel list in each one?

Hi,
Have you tried TMEditor? (official TM software)- There is now a copy of it in the downloads section.
This would enable you to edit the Technomate channel list on the PC to match your Skystar list.

Hi,

You first need to open up a channel list that was uploaded from you TM-
Use the 'File' menu.

Then on the left you have a list of all the satelites, what transponders are programmed in, and what channels. You can add transponders using the 'Transponder' menu, once you have highlighted the satellite.

To get a list of channels, click on the 'View' menu and select Channel List.

You can then select individual satellites or all of them, and move individual channels about by dragging and dropping them.
Have a play with it on a backup version of you channel (*.ndf) file

Hi Bigtee,

The link to it is in the sticky at the top of this section mate.

http://www.techwatch.co.uk/forums/fta-downloads.html

I stuck TMEditor in the Technomate folder.

Hi Robbo
the TM Editor which I had downloaded was in French and dated 2006.
The version you've given us is easier for me to understand, BUT its Version1.3
dated 2004. Should I not be working with a later version?

The 2004 one works OK. I have used it a number of times.

Is there any difference apart from the language?

If you do find the latest English version, PM me the details, and I will upload that instead.
