im having trouble with this box big time it keeps giving me wrong bk, ird always the same

sounds like the wrong bytes mate, what version is the software on your box...possibly 3.5 I assume.
Do you use BKE or OCD to gain the correct details....I could never get my head around BKE. If you use OCD let me know and I'll PM the correct byte to you....I don't think we are allowed to post bytes direct to the public boards mate.

Slacky to update it hold Standbye > left > right > ok buttons in and power up till ld5 then let go wait about a good 10min for it to update, then use byte 0f69af8 8 in ocd.
ird is called nagra serial code you have to convert it to hex, leave last two numbers out.
