Hi all,

This is a last gasp plea for help! I have installed the update for the starview 2 box onto my starview 1 box and now all it does when turned on is give a -- symbol. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I think I will have to reset the box but have no idea how? Please if someone here knows could they post step by step instructions and I will forever be grateful to them!

you may need to j-tag the box as your box may be a clone

Why would you jtag a box for a bad flash

BTW "The Box" has not been cloned yet.
