What version of firmware do you have? Press menu and system info, sounds like the keys have not updated for you. I cannot post them here but I can help you out.

Press menu and system info and it will tell you. What message comes up on your TV screen?

The firmware you have will not roll the keys for you. I have sent you info via pm as I am not allowed to post that kind of info here. This will get your box back up and running.

You can then come back if you want to upgrade your firmware to autoroll the keys for you. But thats another story as you will need to find out if you have a clone or genuine box to see which firmware you may use. As said the info I have sent you will get your channels back.

I have tried to send you a pm but you do not have this activated in your profile.
