Smile For peeps with unlooping problems

I found my version of Winexplorer 5.4 did not work properly with BOD scripts, error Provider unknown. I used winexplorer 5.0 and it runs the scripts great.

Still kept getting time out issues, usually within 30 seconds. But I unlocked a rom 11 B0C in 6 seconds and rom 11 B0D in 20 seconds.

It is a very fiddly process and the twaeking of the pot is less than a mm at a time!

To get success do this:-
Use T911 unlooper cyclone red, has green curcuit board.
I used a power supply with voltage switches, 0, 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5, 9,12. 300MA From house and homefrom old pound stretchers. I Used 7.5V.
Make sure you use a PC that has a real com port.
Use win explorer 5.0 and use the modded ini script and use modded T911 option setting, no need to change time outs.
Use B0D script.
Make sure you flash unlooper to newd13
Before you touch your pot, use a CD marker pen, 2 colours and mark so you can line the pot back up. Mark one colour on the pot and screw as a slash line at 12 o'clock position and one at 9 o'clock position. So you always know where to line back up to center position.

Unlooper switches are 1 and 6 down to flash.
Use switches 2 and 5 down to unloop, but you can also use 1 and 5. Using 1 and 5 seems to invert the pot settings, but I found 2 and 5 worked best.

First open winexplorer and load the VCC script and make sure settings are using modded T911.
The standard 500 timeout works OK, at 1000 it did take bit longer to time out, but still did and didn't crack it!
Insert the card you want to unloop. It should be writing to it so don't worry.
Run the script and adjust the pot slowly. If it shows a line of ------------- tweak until you see -++++----++-----++++++++++----++-------++++--++--++ all at random. Same if you see ++++++++ adjust. If you see XXX I think it means pot power too low, usually it is turn clockwise until see the mix. I found if too many +++ turn anticlockwise and ----- turn clockwise.

Now load the B0D script and run, you should see the + and - mix like the VCC testing script and it may show +++RST30---RST3D-++ etc, this is in the script to display. If you see ?? it is not reading correctly and needs adjusting via the pot.
I found voltage did not affect this much.
Now you may keep getting time out errors, but keep re-running the script and very slowy and tiny and carefully turn the pot left and right. Not much as it should be practicaly spot on with the VCC testing script.
On a rom 11 B0C as I turned the pot left and right hardly at all it suddenly beeped and popped the glytch, made me jump. Took around 6 seconds!!

I had been trying for days trying to pop it!!! The right program and settings and care makes all the difference.
The script should show the ++ and -- mix and not just one or the other, but your pot is calibrated, so only turn it left and right less than a mm to do this.
It does takes a lot of doing to get the hang of it, but don't give up. Take few days or hours break.
If things keep saying sc.time out, your power supply may be not good enough. I tested some that were 9v and 300 from my answer phone, but no good!!

After having scripts run over night on the older B0C ones and not crack it, to do it in a few seconds was amazing!!

I now can read the cards in Niagraedit 4.1 and do the works.
Hope this helps.

PS.

If you get "OBJECT Expected on line 1" or "Line too long on line 1" when you start WinExplorer, here is the fix:
Run regedit and look for

"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Altium (Dream VCL)"

Delete this entry will fix the problem!!

You should only have to delete the key one time.
WinExplorer will rebuild the key the next time you run it.
