help plz 4 a new starview 2

hi im new to all this lol so can u help i got my self a starview 2 box and the guy i got it off put the flash or what ever it is on it and

and im a Virgin aka tw Custermer but it keeps going to ntl i think
and then i have to rescan the chanals then to get them back and then when i go thur the chanals sometimes it go`s green ? can someone help plz

The latest firmware revision is 4.54, but you need to install 4.52 first and then flash with 4.54. 4.51 should be fine, regards your provider id changing, press menu type 1570 on RC, press default key, go to any Sly sports channels and let it update. The green screen issue may require a reflash to solve that problem.
