Default pace help

ive got a pace box that is stuck on loading it says powering up just a moment...
can some1 help me to put this right or is box knackered ?

try unplugging the power and then press & hold the down button when powering up, this should force it to tune.

ive tried that seral times with card in and out still freezing on powering up wait a few mins

if its a 4001 its probably knackered, needs caps removed ect.

Try a forced update by unplugging the box and holding down the standby button while plugging it back in, after a few second the display will say OK. Release the standby button.
Then press the 4 buttons on the right of the LED display one at a time from the bottom upwards, and 4 3 2 1 will appear in the display. then press OK.

thanx ive tried that but when box reboots it still stuck on powering up menue
