Is it possible to manually put in channels i have scanned my box 3 or 4 times and i am not getting E4 E4+1 film4 film4+1 can someone please give me step by step guide of how to do this i noticed the channel frequencies on another thread i would be very grateful thanks

If you click on the menu button on your remote,then on User installation you can do a manual scan from there via the blue button ....

I have seen that but can i put in the channel frequency this way as scanning isnt picking up all channels

yes u can manually enter the frequency.. there is a manual edit option available

just as easy to do auto scan. all new channels you scan for should appear at the end of channel manager.
1= menu 2=installation 3= auto scan 4= let it scan then exit
5= menu 6= channels- channel manager 7= sort = by name
8=all channels in alphabetical order 9= scroll through channel manager to channel 4, there may be more than one there. pick the ones that are showing.
