EUROVOX red remote problem.

hi new too eurovox box's it was working for 3-4 weeks but today the remote stopped working and middle light of box is on (locked) never noticed it before.

i have checked remote with camera phone.

and pressed reset button inside when powered on . (just checking are you supposed to press it when powered on or off)

any suggestion would be grateful.
buttons on front of box does work

The locked light should be on this means you have a live feed connected to the box, if its off you will have no signal.

thankyou. this is really getting too me as everything seems too work on front of box Buttons but its just remote. can somebody sent me software too put on that may help fix this problem i cannot get onto downloads as i am new

and i will carry on reading too see if i cansort it out

Could be a dry joint on the sensor on the front panel m8, try gentle moving it when you use the remote

my wife sorted it out
banged remote few times lol
i tested it on camera phone and it lit up when pressed button so god knows what it was
it bit like my diy hitit with hammer lol
