type 192.168.100.1 in internet explorer, if it asks for a user and password it aint bricked it will be a blacklisted mac,

or go to network connection, click properties and then details, depending on what you ip is will tell u if its bricked.

post up your results bud so we know

Well i was a victim to a bricked modem about 3 weeks ago. I couldnt accquire a propper Ip address. Well it certainly wasnt 192.168.100.1
I had to send mine back to the eBay guy i bought it off and he had to lift the TSOP and reflash the modem completly to get it fixed again.
I couldnt log in to mine at all or get into it via HyperTerminal. If you can log into the menu page or connect it using 250 Configurator. Just keep going through MACs mayte. Some will be dead most likly. Its hit and miss really. Ive been told by my Modem Man that they are going to be blacklisting MACs, Sooooo get scanning people and make sure you have some spare ones.
Hope this helps
