you can pick one up on ebay for buttons sometimes (C64) that is. You can buy a disc of all the old games as well to play on your PC. I moved on to the Amiga after the C64 and that was a great games PC.

The Atari 2600 was sweet. We were poor so mine was 2nd hand I think, and we usually rented games from the local video store.
Pitfall, space invaders, centipede, Indiana Jones, ET, GREAT DAYS !! Although I'm old enough to remember the original black n white pong games, though we never owned one. It blew my mind when my mums friend bought one for her kid !!!!!!! |

long before i got my Vectrex, or C64 (see my previous posts) i use to have those indvidual games that came in their own wee console if you like. There was pacman, and frogger and Donkey kong all with their own wee games machine. Pacman was bright yellow and kong was brown. all were awful but so addictive.

yeah they were some wicked games on this i can remember when my mum took me to town to buy it. There were some well good games on it.
moon patrol was a good one bloody hard though, my fav though was the sega master system sonic and alex the kid...everytime my bro come on leave from the army he bought me new games for it. These were the days when copying games was impossible. I think the developers of the latest games xbox etc should take a leaf out of there books Last edited by andybr1ggs; 06-07-10 at 08:30 PM. |
