having dbox problem... please help!

Hi, I have a nokia dbox which for the last 3 years has been doing a great job for me regarding getting all channels from my cable provider.
(formerly telewest, now virgin media)

A mate of mine ordered it, set it up and took it away and flashed it whenever some channels went missing. Unfortunately we aint in contact anymore so now it has happened again, I am at a loss regarding how to fix it.

I had a go... bad idea, talk about the blind leading the blind!!! At first it was only Setanta and Sky Sports that weren't working but now through my efforts (messing with scans, bouquets etc...) all the channels have gone, in fact the screen remains totally blank. Good work I hear you cry lol.

Please help, how do I get it back up and running??? Not having the sport channels was bad enough but now I have lost all the channels the wife is chasing me... any advice be appreciated

what img have you got on your box at the moment it should tell you on tv screen the white righting when it boots up.
