As a quickie, try using the 'add channels' feature and see if you can pick one of the other ITV's up.

I have long since forgotton how to do that on a Sly Dodgy box, as I no longer use mine.

If you do a forum, or an internet search for "add channels digibox", you should find the answer. Alternatively someone who still uses one will answer you. I know its in the system/setup menu, as I did use it quite a lot once.
