On some channels i get a female doing a running commentry of what is happening on heroes on bbc3 when any japanese was translated on the screen in words she came on and spoke it has happened on some cooking channels aswell but no subtitles just telling what they are doing in more detail can a switch this off it is really annoying any help most welcome thanks.

Hi press the red lang button on your remote it give you two options just select the other option the talk over should then be gone .
