Hi there,
I'm living in Ireland and have just got new Starview box but when i run autoscan i keep getting a message, no programmes found.
I've tried everything at this stage but no luck.
I would be grateful if anyone could give a 'newbie' some advise.

try going into installation from the menu and select the right frequency for your area, eg, scroll to either ntl,TW, ex c&w or chorus, whoever your provider used to be before virgin took over.

I've tried that, every option,but still get the 'no program found' message

Make sure it is plugged into the RF/Cable in socket, also you need to be in a digital area as it will not work on analogue.

Why do you need the Ch**us codes as any new boxes will auto update them for you and either way they have not changed since July. If you have an SV1 it will not auto update and you will need to manually input frequencies.

Either way I can help you, (but I will send you the keys as they are not allowed on the open forum). I can post the frequency list, but need info as in type of box and your general location.

Hi i think the codes changed last night as my box lost most cs
