the box its self works but i think , its gone down cause all the channels have gone and i dnt no how to do it myself as i am a newbie and wuld like to learn with ure help techwatch

what will i need to get it up and running again , can u tell me what equipment i will exactly need and bare it mind i left the box like that for like nearly a year now

You will need a programmer, and depending on the card if its a fun you may just need to update the flash, if its a mosc you may be able to read it in nagra 4.1, you will need a programmer with pheonix mode. Otherwise you may need to jtag or led simm the box ,depends which model box to get box key then you can programme card. All the tuts are in downloads.

Hi i am having problems with my cable, my tv cant pick up the channels, i have tried two different tv's and on both when i search it cant find the cable i have all the wires in the correct places, can someone please help????

WBM, Are you connecting your box via scart lead? might be a faulty scart, also can you receive the free channels? if not you need to change the net id and frequency

Im not using a scart lead, its just a normal cable wire that plugs in the back. i tried a few of them but none of them made a diffrence. I cant see anything not even when the cable is on tune i cant see it saying "we are updating your..." my tv is not able to pick up that is even there and i have tried two tv's. Also i dont know how to change the net id or the frequency. please can you help. Kind regards

If your tv has scart socket try a scart lead, is the display showing channell numbers 101 etc if not like tee said your net id needs setting, tuts are in downloads.

i can see the channels on the box i can even change them with the remote, but the i cant see it on the tv.

i found the problem, it was the box its wire area is bust so had to use a scart lead.
