They look alright to me, but if you're having dwindling sales, why not start using Google Adwords, and then you get Google Checkout (a rival to PayPal) for free. Also, speaking of PayPal, you may want to actually integrate it, rather than having to do it manually :]

Quote:
Until 2008, Google Checkout merchants can process their Google Checkout sales for free.

From January 1st 2008, for every £1 you spend on AdWords, you can process £10 in sales for free through Google Checkout. For example, if you spent £1,000 on AdWords last month, this month you can process £10,000 in sales at no cost. The more you spend to promote your business through AdWords, the more you save on transaction processing fees with Google Checkout.

If you exceed your free transaction processing for the month or you do not advertise with AdWords at all, you will only be charged 1.5% + £0.15 per transaction. Learn more

80% of my business comes from eBay! I did google ad words but got the traffic and no sales, so was costing me loads! I seem to be up there in the search engines, As I can take credit and debit cards via HSBC online I ditched PayPal as they won't allow there accounts to do transcations with adult cards or programmers!

It sounds like an Ad optimisation issue, which is pretty common with PPC.

Try somewhere like here for tips and info on using PPC, as well as other marketing and advertising campaign strategies:

UK Small Business Forums

Hope that helps.

Howdy JoshJess.
I don't actually buy a lot of equipment, but what I've seen of your ad's and comparing with ebay, there's not much difference.
If I buy anything else I'll give you a shout (lnb perhaps) as at least there's feedback.
Waiting on the Dreambox 8000 HD, saving up, so if I were you I'd try to get into that market.
HD TV's are getting cheaper by the day, so next logical step is getting a receiver for them IMO.
Early this year I got the Samsung Syncmaster 940MW HD ready for £350(19"). Now there's 37" HD TV's going for £400
Everything moves forward.
Regards

Just a thought here, but join a few forums and slap the URL and a good description in your signature. Then, when the search engine bots troll through that site, a link to your site will be found and you'll bounce up the list even more :]

Forum signatures were devalued in Sept 2004 - can get a little traffic from them, but for Google, not brilliant.

SEO is my day job.

Hi I Brian

I have taken a look at the platinax site, very interesting but a lot of confusing info.

Maybe we should have a chat.

Regards
