Channels?

sorry if this has been asked before i'm sure it has but i have a couple of questions if someone doesnt mind given me a hand i have two or three of the same channel and dont know how to get rid of them.

i have done a couple of scans but before i do it,i have deleted the channels and them when im doing it it says deleting channels aswell so i dont know how to stop it.

im doing a scan on 290-870.someone said i only need to do it up to 403 but i want EVERY channel and that doesnt give me it,but ive got doubles of like itv2,3,4 and the tvch1,2,3,4 etc that ppv and stuff is on,any help?

also,does anyone know the exact frequency of sky box office as i know its on one of the tvch but cant find it now.

Mine scans in on a power scan on the day of the event. Ususally there is a channel showing the build up adverts that is where I view mine.
