Default Bandwidth error message

Terribly sorry about the bandwidth error message - looks like the server had been set to a lower set of resources than I was expecting, so I've doubled everything.

A pretty embarrassing message to have, actually, especially without warning - but hopefully we will not be seeing anything like that again.
